At Modani Furniture, we strive to ensure your home reflects your style, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Modani showroom within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original factory packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup or bring the item directly to our warehouse facility as instructed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms its condition, we will process your refund minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
